It's the headline number, but it's one of many across three decades — the same playbook has opened doors and closed deals in software, telco, payments and subscription services. The scar I earned: I also left that Fortune 10 comfort to run a startup in Brazil as CEO — and failed. Years ahead of the market, wrong economic moment. I documented every lesson and published the playbook on why, because a consultant who's only ever won is selling you half an education. I bring you both halves.
